Mental Health First Aid Courses

This two-day mental health first aid course qualifies delegates as Mental Health First Aiders. Delegates will be awarded the FutureQuals Level 3 Award in Mental Health: Workplace First Aider qualification, which will equip them with the knowledge to identify those who require mental health support and the confidence to offer assistance when required.

This one-day mental health first aid course qualifies delegates as Mental Health Responders. Delegates will be awarded the FutureQuals Level 2 Award in Mental Health: Workplace Responder qualification, which gives them an understanding of mental health issues that can affect individuals at work. They'll also learn about key policies and best practice frameworks for managing mental health in the workplace.

Our three hour Mental Health Awareness course is designed to give learners a greater understanding of what mental health is and how to be more empathetic and supportive of people experiencing mental ill-health in the workplace.

This course aims to raise awareness of mental health and provide learners with basic knowledge of how to recognise when someone may be experiencing poor mental health and guidance on how to manage a person experiencing mental ill-health.

Our 3.5 hour mental health workplace skills update course is designed to refresh skills previously learnt on any mental health first aid course.
