How does defibrillator servicing work?
- We arrange collection of your defibrillator.
- We carry out safety checks on the defibrillator (and case if applicable).
- We check the battery for condition and power, we clean the terminals, and we check for any damage/wear.
- We suggest a new battery if the current battery's use-by date is less than one year.
- We check the condition and effectiveness of the electrode pads and suggest a new pair if there is less than 6 months until the use-by date.
- We will replace the AED preparation kit free of charge if required.
- Lastly, we will clean and sanitise all of the equipment before returning it to you.
